What types of textile waste does ReSutra accept?
We accept both pre-consumer textile waste (factory offcuts, cutting scraps, surplus rolls, rejected fabric) and post-consumer waste (used garments, end-of-life textiles, institutional donations). We work with cotton, polyester, blended fabrics, and specialty fibers. Contact us to discuss your specific waste type and volume.
What is the minimum quantity for a textile waste collection partnership?
We typically work with partners generating 500 kg or more of textile waste per month, though we evaluate each case individually. For smaller volumes, we may be able to combine collections. Reach out and we'll discuss what works best for your situation.
How does the fiber supply process work for yarn manufacturers?
We supply processed, quality-graded recycled fiber directly to yarn manufacturers. You can specify fiber length, blend composition, color sorting, and application requirements. We offer spot purchases, regular supply contracts, and custom processing for specific technical requirements. Minimum order quantities start from 200 kg for custom grades.
Is ReSutra's recycling process chemical-free?
Yes. We use exclusively mechanical recycling technology — no bleaching agents, no chemical solvents, no toxic byproducts. This makes our fiber genuinely sustainable from waste collection through to final fiber output, and ensures your supply chain can credibly claim environmental benefits.
